What warranty comes with our PC's

Our 1 year warranty comes with labour, fault finding and parts cover.

Return postage costs are not included in the warranty.

We provide a lifetime of technical support, so if you need any assistance beyond our 1 year warranty, we will do our best to assist you.

Our warranty is non-transferable & will only be valid for the original buyer of the product

Warranty exclusions

Hardware issues or faults caused by accidental damage

Any changes to the hardware in your system will void your warranty. We provide warranty on the system as built and cannot warrant any work done via a 3rd party.

Software related issues, we can provide technical advice for any issues you may face with software you may install, but they are not considered a fault as issues will lie with your software provider.

Note that any modifications to the system will void warranty.

Damage incurred due to poor packaging when shipping a product back to us, if applying for a refund, you will be viable for costs to replace damaged items. We recommend you keep all original packaging when receiving your items.
